Affordable yet powerful hammer drill
For larger jobs this has been an excellent hammer drill. So far I have used it to bust concrete off fence posts, to drill a 4" hole through our brick house to add a dryer vent and to remove tile from a concrete floor in the basement. Most hammer drills that take the larger SDS max bits are expensive, this drill costs about the same as the smaller drills that use SDS plus bits. At around 16 pounds it can feel heavy depending on how it needs to be held during operation, but that is an attribute. It helps to have a hefty tool to counter the kickback it produces, definitely requires both hands to operate. Be aware that SDS max bits are massive compared to SDS plus. They cost a lot more too, but for big jobs large tools are needed. If you plan to drill 3/8" or smaller holes in concrete, this tool isn't necessary. A smaller hammer drill will work better in those situations.

Good power at a good price
I needed a demo hammer to take up the tile floor in my kitchen and bathrooms. This hammer had plenty of power to get the job done. The handle is comfortable and easy to handle. For the price I would recommend this demo hammer.
