Don't drop it

Super cute and perfect for relaxation just don't drop it ...... my broke when it fell off my counter ...... but I had also had it for a while

Must have enough water

The pump does make a noise, but I found that if you keep it full it is not as noticeable. Also, the ball tends to want to spin around, and that makes the fountain produce less of a trickling noise. If you can set the ball so that it is still and the water is forced out under it, it makes a very nice trickling noise that you can hear throughout the house. Although on disco night the spinning ball is fun :D I added some of my own pebbles as you can see.

Doesn’t work consistently

It’s a nice quiet waterfall. I love the light and the rolling crystal ball. However it stops rolling sometimes and takes forever to get it going again. Try cleaning it, less water, more water....but it eventually gives up the roll.

No on/ off switch

The thing I dislike is... there isn’t an on/off switch! I have to unplug it when I’m not home. And it runs out of water quickly. The directions are also lacking. It is pretty though.

Not the Same Model as Pictured

I'm not sure why they send a different model than is in ALL of the pictures of this product, but I was in fact disappointed to see that I received the square model rather than the tear drop shape. I'll probably keep it because it's saying they're now out of stock, and I don't feel like going through shipping it back and finding something else. There are also no *real* instructions on how to set it up, just a piece of paper with a diagram of the pump mechanism and some notes.

A MUST HAVE!!!!!!!

This fountain is AMAZING!!!! I ordered one from this seller recently and loved it and wanted a second one. I picked this one and am so glad I did. This is my favorite by far. Relaxing, soothing and awesome looking! I added colored stones to the base and it is so beautiful. I may order another one just in case something ever happens to this one! Very very happy with this purchase!!!!

Don’t get it purely for the water sound, motor is noisy

Well this thing is cheap looking and it’s pretty pricey for that fact. Kind of noisy motor too so you don’t really hear the water as much as the motor.
