Great fit

This fits really well. It’s not going to make you look like you work out but it’ll tighten things up a bit. It doesn’t make you feel like you’re suffocating either.

Helps a bit

It held my husband’s beer belly in about 1-2” and smooth out the rolls. He wore it even though he didn’t want to. I didn’t make him use it. He saw the difference it made. He wore it under a suit in Texas summer weather. It was comfortable to wear.

Comfort or Appear

Does the job, go 1 or 2 size smaller. I wear a large so I got a medium and a small. The medium was more comfortable but the small did a better job.

Poor quality ripping at side seams...

Less than 2 months I've owned this shirt and it is coming undone at the sides. Threads coming undone and stitching is tearing at sides. 2Xist refuses to stand behind their product and 30 day window has passed. I no longer recommend this shirt as the quality has become very poor.
