Does it stick to your sander?

I've tried many of the cheaper sanding disks but it always comes down to the stickiness of the disks to my random orbital sander. After trying many cheaper brands, I gave up and always order 3M. They stick great to my Porter Cable random orbital sander (my goto tool for sanding) I purchased 80 grit to quickly lever a board, 180 if I need to take off more but not leave the swirl marks the 80 will leave, then go to 360, then 600. Any over 600 is a waste of money. I have 1000 grit, but 600 will polish most hardwoods to a shine and I don't see the advantage of 1000 grit.
