Amazing! Buy now!
I have struggled with plantar fasciitis as long as I can remember and Achilles tendinitis for the past year. I have tried different shoes, inserts, braces, supports and some worked for a day and I was back in pain the next. Some didn’t work at all. These have been a god send! I can walk without being in pain, I can stand up with out feeling like I’m going to fall over from the pain. So glad I bought these!

These are OK
I have plantar fasciitis. I wore these for a little while. I eventually put the plastic inserts under insoles. They’re ok. I eventually sprung for pricey insoles for arch support. And they’re a lot, a lot better... at five times the price.

Best option before orthopedic level inserts
The inserts are worth the money. In fact, I have several pairs. I've worn these in/out of shoes for a few years now. They work best when just the inserts are placed under the show's liner, for me, but I even wear them when dancing barefoot. They are better when worn in shoes, to keep the correct angle of support. I wear a size 5 women's shoe, so they can be a little wide in some designs, but if they don't fit, the shoe wouldn't support my foot, anyway. The foot wrap is mostly to keep the support inserts in place, not really for any compression. Compression does not equal support; anyone expecting otherwise is deluded about physiology.

WAY to big
I was unable to get these to stay on my feet with the inserts in. Seriously. They weren't really uncomfortable or anything, just way too big. The problem is the width of the inserts. For reference, I wear a women's size 6.5-7 shoe. My feet are moderately wide. I normally buy a medium width shoe and just size up to a 7 if they are too narrow. The plastic inserts for these were more than ½" wider than my foot when standing and even more when there was no pressure on my feet. The wide inserts made it impossible to get any compression or support. The description (at least at my time of purchase in June 2020) had no description as to the size. The box itself says "Size ADJ" which I assume means "adjustable" implying they fit an array of sizes. I guess I am not one of those sizes. WIthout the inserts, they do not really provide much support and provided less compression for me than other products I have that are designed specifically for compression. If you are a woman with small to average size feet, I would say look elsewhere.

but my feet ache horribly when working on cement floors 5 days a week
I was skeptical on purchasing these, but my feet ache horribly when working on cement floors 5 days a week. I tried them, and was pleasantly surprised! I didn't wear them today, and was regretting it 3 hours into my shift. ????
