THE BASKETS SUCK!!!! FRYER ITSELF IS GREAT!!

I would have given this fryer 5 stars if the baskets had held up after using them twice. Used it a small family gathering to fry chicken wings and fish. Family raved about the finished food. The baskets SUCK!! Tried finding a replacement basket with the front hooks, but found none. Baskets are inferior quality. Wouldn't have minded paying a little more for higher quality sturdier stainless steel baskets.

Don't try to buy anything from Restaurant Supply!

It's okay, but impossible to clean the electrical part. Even the water from a wet sponge will get inside the electronics, then it won't work. This purchase is fulfilled by Restaurant Supply. Their customer service is awful. I attempted to order a replacement unit for the one that couldn't be cleaned, and two weeks later they required a photo ID to verify the purchase.

Terrible Product and Service

Terrible product, cheaply made with sharp edges, very flimsy. Not worth the money. to make it worse, i received the product damaged as if it was a returned item to begin with.we are talking a bent frame, damaged basket handles and scratches all over. I returned it to Amazon.com and currently disputing the charges as the vendor wanted to charge me restocking fees. B.S. would not recommend
