Pottery Barn like and doesn't work out well

I really want to like it. It seems the same one found from Pottery Barn but much better price. Few issues.. 1. Horrible package. Stryofoam keep chipping off and flying around during unpack. The unpack and clean up time took much longer than the assembly time. 2. The stand is inclined to one end. No way to fix it. 3. A spot on the glass. It's annoying. I debated to replace with another one but just thinking about unpacking and the risk. I give up.

Poor Quality

This lamp was immediately repacked and returned for a refund. The color of the metal pieces on the stem of the lamp did not match one another and one of the pieces that is supposed to screw together was not thread properly so it did not completely screw to a seamless finish. Very disappointing, especially for the price.
