Great doll

Nicer in person than it looks online

I needed a doll of this size for a gift, but I bought it with some pessimism. I just wasn't sure if it would be cute enough or what the quality might be. Once it came, I was very pleasantly surprised. The great packaging (nice box, built in tissue) made it seem "classy" and substantial, and the doll is prettier/cuter than it looks in the photos. The whole thing feels and looks far more expensive than it was. Everyone who saw it thought it was an American Girl doll, which is saying a lot considering the price difference, and my niece fell in love with the doll the moment she saw it.
