PROBLEM

LIGHTS SEEMED FINE BUT ONE STAKE WAS MISSING THE TOP SO IT CANT BE ATTACHED TO LIGHT. CAN I GET A NEW STAKE?

Great deal for a play pond.

I mounted these under my homemade waterfall. It is about 8 ft tall and moves anywhere from 8 to 40 GPM depending on the settings. These lights are not as bright as I would have expected and go unnoticed unless it is almost completely dark. The wiring was not adjustable so I had to cut out the light sensor and wire it in direct. Make sure these lights don't hit the sensor or they blink uncontrollably. It could have been made much better with a bit of forethought. I fail to see how the designers expect one to plug up the rather archaic transformer in a outdoor situation. I mounted everything in a weatherproof box. I recommend these for someone with a patio fountain or perhaps an enclosed pond.

Good value

For the price, this is a pretty good set of lights. They have ample cord length, and the distance between lights is better than most. I have a good sized koi pond, and these provide just enough light to see but still keep it tranquil. Only real issue, they tend to want to "float" a little underwater, however, would have hidden them with rocks anyway.

Surprisingly Bright

These replaced a set of halogen bulb lights that kept going out. Really bright white, like putting florescent bulbs in the pond. I'm didn't use the colored lenses that came with it but plan to add them to soften the effect in my 10x14' pond. One issue - the transformer didn't fit in the existing outdoor electrical box so had to rig up an extension cord with a wrap to keep the transformer dry. Not a big deal.

This light set was good value for the cost

This light set was good value for the cost. It was easy to set up, basically just plug and play. The lights are small, like about a golf ball in size, and don't send out a ton of light. Still, a nice little glow in our small pond, with good choices for color.

Works great.

Purchased these lights to replace a set of 10 watt halagen pond lights whose sockets rusted away after two years. They have been working fine for several months now. Lets hope they can beat 2 years. Update: One light failed after one year. Whole set failed during fourth year. Failed due to corrosion.

Lights worked fine for a week and then quite working

Lights worked fine for a week and then quite working. I think it was the photo cell. Other than that, the lights looked well built and have at least four feel of wire between each light. As always, Amazon was quick to issue a refund. I hope to have better Luck if I order them again.

Perfect! I did a lot of research for lights after first ones died after 10 years. Quality lights. 3 are perfect.
