Runs small = too tight
Runs small therefore is too tight, has loose threads. Not as much elasticity as I was expecting for mild compression.

WAY too long and TIGHT behind knees. (Would be great if you are tall with slender legs.)
I have a plus size calf and need compression for my feet and ankles. I am just over 5'4" and have a calf about 19 - 20". I only wear a size 8 women's shoe, so I am always looking for socks that are not too large for my foot. These were fine and not too tight in the foot and ankle, or even the bottom 2/3 of my calf. That part felt pretty nice, actually. It is just that compression socks are supposed to be tighter @ the bottom and a bit looser on top so the blood is coaxed back UP the leg. These socks are WAY too long, so I had to fold them over a couple of inches. I have a couple of other brands that I do this with, as well. The main problem is that even if I did not have to do that, the top part of the sock is TIGHT! And folded over, it tries to unfold and work its way back just under the back of my knee where my leg is narrower than the calf. It begins to cut off circulation and pinches. One vein behind my knee felt very painful after a couple of hours wearing them. (They were on sale for such a good price, I really wanted to try to make them work. I just can't) I bought 2 pairs. One is unopened. I will be returning both.

1 pair, I think they’re great
I basically got these because I needed toeless socks, first and foremost. I have neuropathy in my toes on both feet so traditional socks are painful. Didn’t necessarily need compression socks; but these actually have helped a great deal on my hard days. I’m 6’2 and have long legs, the length of these socks is perfect. I wear a women’s size 11 shoe, and these are long enough on my foot. I do not experience any discomfort from these socks. I will be buying more. I’ve never tried other brands so I have no other frame of reference.

Compression plus
They are hard to get on. I ordered a size up. They do a great job once they are on, but if you are new to compression hose, I recommend you get less compression unless you have someone to help you get them on.

Perfect
Everything I was looking for. Very happy with these. I will have to get the open toe ones now for warmer weather.

Not as noticeable as some, I even forget I have them on.
Although a bit difficult to put on, and take off. Mostly because I have Rhuematoid Arthritis in my dominant hands wrist. But once on, sometimes with the help of my husband, I forget they are on and magically when I have to lie down on an exam table I no longer have to wait 15-30 minutes before standing up.yeah no more dizzy blond!

The toeless feature is a tremendous plus!
Flying long distances several times a year, I have worn compression socks dozens of times. Until I got these toeless compression socks, putting them on has been a tremendous struggle. A friend of ours who is a nurse shared that hospitals use toeless compression socks so that they can slip your foot into a small plastic grocery bag, slip the sock over the plastic bag (which makes putting them on MUCH easier), and then remove the plastic bag through the open toe. Putting them on is now not nearly as difficult.
