Not a genuine American Lock product

Previous reviews are true about the lock being defective. This lock didn’t come with 2 keys. Only one key came with lock and it didn’t work. Wasn’t even an authentic American lock key. It was a master lock key that even didn’t work. I took a picture of what they key should look like and it should say American lock on the key. Faulty lock if you are familiar with this type of lock it has safety feature. Key stays in lock till you lock again.

Missing 1 key but great otherwise

This lock is supposed to come with two keys but I only got one. I cant help but feel this is a used lock because the box looks like its been opened before. I am a little upset over it but not enough to refund it. Otherwise great delivery time and product.
