Very sturdy
I like that it's very sturdy and a real space saver. But I would love that it should have more space between each shelf so I can stack cookie sheets containing higher baked goods, like croissants

Great product
This is a great space saver and serving rack for the home pizza maker. I can easily Make eight pizzas in an hour. This task holds them and it is easy to serve from the rack.

Pizza Peel Rack
After seeing a local gas fired pizza chain use a similar rack to store stretched pizza dough I purchased 6 wooden peels from a commercial restaurant supply store then was able to find this rack. Through the commercial places a similar rack was 3-4 times the price. As a reviewer noted there's not room to put a loaded pizza on the rack, but I can put the stretched dough on the peels and have six or seven ready to top and bake. Makes the process tremendously faster when cooking for a big crowd.

Works well as a small art drying rack.
I use this as an art drying rack. The shelves are a bit tilted so it is important to adjust for that (raise the back on a board) or let things dry flat till they will not flow down hill anymore.
