Love, love, love it!

I like this even though it was not at all what I had expected. It is extremely long and narrow. I had entered "turkey platter" in the search engine so was surprised when I opened the box and discovered it would have to be an anorexic turkey to fit on it. I like it so much though that I plan to use it for sliced turkey, salmon or even multiple vegetables. Some people commented that it wasn't worth the money - I don't understand their complaint - it's very sturdy and coming from a woman who grew up during the melmac era that's a compliment - it's really top of the line. It should last me for the rest of my life and I intend to make good use of it.

This platter is an odd shape

Ordered the platter expecting a traditional shape. Instead, it is very narrow and long. Very odd and not practical for serving a meat dish. we sent it back for a refund.

Long, narrow, lightweight, pretty.

Made out of thick material that feels like plastic but doesn't look like plastic. Not heavy. Yes it is long and narrow just as described. I plan to use it as a fruit platter/tray.

I was still able to make good use out of this because it is well built

I actually order the wrong item. I was still able to make good use out of this because it is well built. The only bad thing I have to say is that the sides are a little to big but there is still plenty of room for what I needed it for. I used it on Thanksgiving and 2 other times since.

Okay this isn't super high quality and no one would mistake it for a high end piece of dishware but for the price I can't complain. This is super long. I think the description is accurate but realize that you're not serving dinner on here. This is like an hors d'oeuvre platter.... or I think someone said a Fish platter? I don't know it was completely useless to me but it looks cute so I hope it comes in handy one day.

Long, thin, beautiful platter

I love this platter! Have used it many times. It's beautiful and durable. Just a note - I bought it for Thanksgiving, and thought it would be wider! This picture is accurate! It is a long, very thin plate. I thought it was perspective! haha
