The advertising is deceptive

The picture shows the plates with bases and the description doesn't say the bases are sold seperately. I ordered two and only got one. After complaining, I have been told I need to wait 18 days for the second one. I haven't tested the plate yet. It isn't much use if I don't have a base for it.

Used once and the finish is destroyed. I had trays in my restaurant that looked better than this after 10 years of use.
