Worked perfectly but can't be ordered in small numbers

I thought I ordered 2 modules but it came in 2 boxes with a total of 48 modules. That will last me a lifetime. Need to watch closely for the packaging details.

Filter received was a USED dirty filter!!

Received USED membrane filter. Water that came out of this was brown dirty water and our tap water is not colored at all. Had a used sticker on it and plumbing tape someone had used to seal the area where the threading is. Terrible and dangerous!

Valve at bottom of filter was mis-threaded and leaked. Defective product.

Description states 20/ case @ $ 188. Was charged $ 198 and received only one unit. The reset of the filters for this system are clearly sold as each, reangingi from $ 35 to $ 57 a unit. $ 198 is rediqulous
