The reviews of this item are spot on! A GREAT Value!
I had been shopping for a value in ski pants AND with a short inseam. I had already spent a lot of money on other needed items as I was planning on returning to the slopes after a more than 15 year absence. I found these in my search and I'm very happy I did. I just got back from skiing in New England (Feb. 2023) in weather that ranged from 15º down to 5º. With just one base layer between my skin and these ski pants, I was NEVER cold. Not even on the chair lifts. They are warm, waterproof and did the job as I had hoped they would. The criticism of the hook closures is warranted, as I did find it difficult to mate the two parts of the closure as other have noted. Beyond that, these are certainly up to the task of keeping you warm and dry in very cold conditions. I would argue, they may be too warm when outside temps are in the mid 30s and above, but without testing them in these temps, it's only speculation. The pockets, elastic cuffs, and overall styling coupled with a great price make these a winner in my book!

Good value but pay attention to the length
I used these one time to go skiing and the medium fit well for my waste I am a size 33. I thought I bought the right length and I am short 5”5. They were way too long and that was the only reason I returned them. I definitely needed a shorter length; I did tile them up it looked silly but did the job. They are made well and kept me warm.

Warm and Dry at a Good Price
Bought these for my 19yr old son for skiing. They were a little on the bulky side compared to my Colombia ski pants with thermal lining, but he said they were comfortable and warm for his 6 days of skiing, including days that dipped below freezing with some pretty windy conditions. For the price, they worked really well.

Almost great
These are well made, for the most part. Fit is good and the cuffs do their job well. The zippered pocket on the front right leg is extremely handy for whatever youight need while on a chairlift. One issue is the Velcro on the tabs used to adjust the waist size. Either it is inferior in its "stickiness" or the amount used is insufficient for the task (only about 1" x 1"). After adjusting it so the pants won't slip down, I will hear it break free upon the slightest movement. This leads to a constant battle to keep them up above my hips, not below. I'd also suggest that the 2 metal closures above the fly/zipper be replaced with a single snap. Two would be fine as well.

worked well, fit well
These pants worked great for our 5 day ski trip. They kept my husband warm and dry. The color is very neutral. He is usually a 36-37" waist and 32" length in pants and the size L fit him well.

I bought these 3 DIFFERENT pairs Artix snow pants, tried them on, here's my review
$35 Arctix Men's Classic Snow Ski Pant: https://www.amazon.ca/Arctix-Mens-Classic-Snow-Pants/dp/B01N4F3X7C/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 THICK/INSULATED/WARM: Yes AT ANKLE, BUTTONS OR ZIPPER: Buttons OPTION TO CHOOSE INSEAM LENGTH: Yes (only 1of3 this is an option) $53 Arctix Men's Mountain Snowboard Shell Cargo Pants: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B006E882EI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 THICK/INSULATED/WARM: No, these are just a thin shell only. AT ANKLE, BUTTONS OR ZIPPER: Zipper OPTION TO CHOOSE INSEAM LENGTH: Yes (they are too long) These have a lot of cool zippers & pockets. There are upper/inner thigh zippers for ventilation (the pair in the AD don't appear to have this). Still not great, but these have the best cut/shape. $57 Arctix Men's Mountain Premium Ski Pants, Black: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B004EAE29W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 THICK/INSULATED/WARM: Yes AT ANKLE, BUTTONS OR ZIPPER: Zipper OPTION TO CHOOSE INSEAM LENGTH: Yes (they are too long) Don't have enough 'GIVE' when u try to spread your legs out in a wide snowboard stance. Felt like they were definitely going to split a seam when I tried this. THOUGHTS THAT APPLY TO ALL 3: NEGATIVE: The overall tailored cut/shape is the MAIN PROBLEM. The cut/tightness of the crotch area is like these are made for women only. There's no bulged out pocket of (interior) space for a guys package like men's pants normally have. The pant leg circumference around the leg & ankle is way too big. Very unattractively barrel legged. The opposite of a modern stylish looking fit. From mid-calf down the circumference increases & gives them slight bellbottom'ness. POSITIVE: Good-quality, durable, waterproof feeling material. CONCLUSION: All don't look good for being seen in, due to the barrel leg'ness. I'd recommend the CLASSICs over PREMIUMs. No big difference between the two considering there's a $20 difference. I'm to only keep the classics for snow blowing the driveway

Great purchase
They fit perfectly which I was shocked as I’m 6’5” and have a 36” leg but I can wear these and the length is alright. Also love how it’s got a belt loop in case it’s a bit too big around waist not to mention the key loop, great for skiing putting your room key on your pants. Obviously it’s not cold enough to say how warm they are but they feel like they would be ( I’ll update review once winter comes and it’s -20/30 ) totally recommend so far.

Performs well.
Arctix Premium Ski Pants fitted well. A+ for functionality. From the zipped pockets, the velcro lined to tighten or expand the leg of the pants; and the waist. Works well in -25C weather. This was an excellent buy!

Good product but needs slight improvement
The pants are comfortable, provide sufficient protection against the cold weather experienced during last week of November in Montreal. There are sufficient number of pockets and zips are fine easy to operate. The given size is perfect and mobility is good. The inner thermal lining is also fine and provides comfort and fits well. However two hooks at the belly button area some time get stuck in an awkward way in the lower part due to slight space in between the lower clip. This certainly needs to be improved. Good luck

As advertised
Fit exactly as thought (slightly big as ski pants should be), seem good for under $70. Not a flexible as advertised. Quite warm. Pockets get damp from sweat. Arrived next day. Will see how they last during skiing.
