Look no further for framing nails

Perfect nails for the framing gun and not have to buy more than you need! Box stores have them averaging .06 each here it was .03! Works for me and 500 is all I need for now.

The nails work as expected but I have one issue that I am not sure is a result of the nails, the nail gun, or the person nailing and that is that consistently the last 3 nails in a strip do not fire .... ever. I can put a second strip behind them and then they fire, but the last 3 nails of that second strip don't until I put a strip behind them. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

Used with Porter-Cable FR350A

I got these for nailing 1/2 inch CDX plywood sheathing for a small shed. On the most part they worked well, but occasionally at the end of a sheet the feed would jam up requiring to slide back the spring lock, adjust the nails and release. I didn't have this problem with the larger 3 1/2 inch nails of the same manufacturer. These smaller nails also didn't survive shipping quite as well and so there were some nails that broke off the sheets and couldn't be used. I would use them again regardless.

B&C Eagle A238X113HDR/22 Round Head 2-3/8-Inch Hot Dip Galvanized Framing Nails

These B&C Eagle 2-3/8-Inch nails are decently made and worked perfectly with my porter cable FR350 framing nailer. I didn't have any issues with jams or hang ups in the nail chute. The nails are full round head and hot dipped galvanized and worked fine for a couple small outdoor projects I had. I didn't need a lot of this size nail, so the 500-count box was just the right amount for my needs.

Cost Too Much, But Had To Have Them

I have to agree with everyone on cost. Way too much for 500 nails, but what are you gonna do if you got to have them. I bought some 31/2" back in 2005 and they cost a lot also, $34.00 for 500. Since Amazon is the one selling these nails, I have to ding them on the price, even with Free Shipping. # rating because of cost. Have not tried them yet, but they better work real well....

Fair price but shipping boxes are not sufficient. Boxes broke during shipment causing half the nails to not be usable.

These nails are not Hot dipped galvanized nails that i ordereed they are ACQ (Alkaline Copper Quaternary).
