best trees yet

my wife and I are building an o gauge train layout--we have bought trees before but these are by far the best trees we've seen. we ordered four trees and each one is a little different, making the layout just that much more realistic.Bachmann has done it again! The only problem was it took a little too long to get the package.

Really beautiful

Back in the 1960's, as part of a class, I designed and built out of balsa wood a home, and landscaped it. Got some shrubs and trees. (I actually still have it!) Anyway, flash forward to the present, and I am setting up a modest train set, S gauge, to relive some of what I had very long ago. I ordered a couple of kits, and for one, I wanted to have lights and trees around it. These seemed to be very nice, so I ordered them. They came quickly, in a ‘huge’ box. They were nicely packaged side by side, and not touching any part of the box they were in nor each other, which was in a larger box. On the reverse of the box is a scale so one can gauge the height of the tree to your layout. For O gauge, this 8" tree would be equivalent to a 32' tree. For my S gauge, it becomes a 43' tree. For HO scale, a 58' tree. The trees are very nicely done, and they are not exactly the same, which is a plus. And if one compares this tree to how a tree was done in the 1960's, one really shouldn’t.
