Very nice!
This is a really nice puzzle. It wasn't too hard -or- too easy for my 5-year-old to put together. I think he's a smart cookie, but it did take him a couple of attempts to finish. Which is just fine, because it also taught him a lot of patience. I would definitely recommend you consider this one. This puzzle makes an excellent stem gift.

Awesome large puzzle
This is an awesome, large, colorful dinosaur puzzle. The pieces are made of very sturdy cardboard and fit together quite well. There is a picture on the front of the box to use as a guide. There is also a poster inside. My stepdaughter loves dinosaurs and will be hanging the poster on her wall. This is a great puzzle for young dinosaur lovers!

Children’s Introduction to Astronomy and Space Travel
This large 60-piece jigsaw puzzle offers a great opportunity for parents to introduce children both to astronomy and to space exploration. It is, however, too complex for almost all 4-year olds. The kit contains of a 20 inch by 27-inch jigsaw puzzle and a two-sided poster. The puzzle contains a one-inch border with pictures of 26 objects. The interior of the puzzle contains a picture of rockets, planets, space ships, and children in space suits, and each of the 26 objects are in that picture. When a child is old enough to understand what the sun is and what planets are, a parent can make the puzzle. Then the parent can point to one of the objects on the border and ask the child to find that object in the picture. After the child finds that object, the parent can turn the poster over and explain what that object is. There are 26 objects that are named on the reverse side of the poster. When the child is old enough, the parent can let the child make the puzzle. The 60 puzzle pieces seem quite sturdy compared to most cardboard jigsaw puzzle pieces, so a child old enough to solve a small jigsaw puzzle can probably make this puzzle without damaging the pieces. All in all, this toy can be used by a parent to introduce a child to astronomy and space flight. That might be a first step in helping a child to become interested in a career in one of the STEM fields: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Cool puzzle, but mine came heavily scented!
My 5 year old is a space lover and a puzzle lover. He also loves all the "Great Searches" Usborne books and this puzzle combines all of those things into one place. After putting the puzzle together, he generally can put it together again rather quickly, so the observation aspect of the puzzle really extends the use of this for him because he'll spend several minutes just sitting and finding the different things in the puzzle. I don't know if my puzzle was maybe stored in the Amazon warehouse next to some heavily scented candles or something but I had to knock a star because the box/puzzle was SO heavily scented that it was overwhelming. If this is something done on purpose, the product description should note it because anyone with scent sensitivities or prone to migraines trigged by strong smells would find themselves blindsided by this. I could smell it when it was still in the package sitting on my porch. I could still smell it days later after letting it air out before letting my kids play with it. It's not quite as strong now that everything has been opened, but it is definitely still there embedded in the packaging, so hopefully it was just a storage problem, but if not, and you are sensitive to smells, be aware that it's a very strong smell.
