The Beckett 120 GPH 5 Watt Submersible Fountain Pump is designed for most indoor and outdoor fountains, fish tanks, hydroponics, aquaponics, ponds, statuary, and aquariums. At 5 watts, this energy-saving pump has a maximum flow of 120 gallons per hour, with a maximum pumping height of 2.25 ft. This pump is ideal for 1 ft. to 2 ft. small fountains and includes adjustable flow control. It efficiently pumps 90 GPH at the height of 1 ft. and conveniently connects to 1/4 in. or 1/2 in. I.D. tubing. This pump is equipped with a 6 ft. cord.

Pump works great, but the other parts could be better
The pump itself works great for the application, though it's only been installed for 30 minutes (I'll update later down the road). The other plastic connection pieces are made from terrible quality plastic (see photo). The valve flap (right) broke off after one turn of the valve switch, and the adapter piece (left) split down the middle after trying to connect the hose to it. Luckily this was a replacement pump, so I was able to reuse the existing valve/adapter pieces from the fountain. For under $20, not too bad of a value. I guess the cheap plastic was the tradeoff in price. Still recommend if you can reuse the connection pieces.

Valve to adjust flow is cheap and doesn't fit well, but the pump is great
The pump is great, but the valve that comes with it is useless. I replaced it with "Rain Bird BVAL50-1S Drip Irrigation 1/2" Barbed Valve, Male x Male" for less than $4. Need to go 1/2 in tubing on both sides of the valve, not directly out of the pump though, which was fine for me because I put the valve outside instead of under the water.

A nice little pump
We use the pump in a water fountain and it works very well for us. It is a very good little pump and lifts the water nicely out of the pump. I will say that these pumps do need replacing about every three to four years. Luckily they are not expensive.

Reliable
Very good reliable pump for small pond

GREAT but Effective lift height with nice flow volume was only about 12-inches.
Old Beckett lasted almost three yrs, before sputtering. Old same model Beckett unit still pumps but "internals" have issues. This unit seems very good too but new replacement pump has slightly lower lift than the old unit. Our Small bird-bath Fountain looks good but with slightly less flow. Very Good Unit.

Easy to use but could use some spout tubes or flexible tubing.
Bought this to replace same model pump that failed after about a year and 8 months. Hope this lasts longer. Works great, easy to install.

Fits our fountain
These pumps seem to last 3-4 years in our little outdoor fountain, but since they’re fairly cheap that’s not an issue. Was exactly like the previous pump so swapping it out was a no-brainer. Will buy again when this one dies, just hope they’re still available then ????

Works well
Not a huge pump but moves water well. I use it to drain water from my pool cover.
