This does not work with a standard box and switches.

I had to cut the switch levers in half for this to fit on the box and seal.

There are NO Switches with this item!!!!!

In addition to not having the "2 Single Pole Switches" the finish of this item is beyond poor. One lever is okay but the other is loose and wobbles. The paint finish (if that is what it is) is so poor that I cut my hand switching the stupid thing on due to a very sharp unfinished edge! PASS

Misrepresented

Indeed the description clearly indicates that two switches are included. But they only ship the cover. This is very misleading to me. I asked for clarification on the replacement and was insured they would check it out and send the correct package. Wrong, sent cover only on reorder. Waste of time.
