Make sure to loft up the beds!

I was so excited when I came across these beds. I was looking for something with a little more support that wasn't a donut bed as I think these take up too much space - I was planning on putting them on the couch to replace the smaller beds I had initially bought. I bought 2x standard beds in black sherpa and they came vacuum sealed in a plastic bag, very good quality packing. They didn't spring back to life like I expected them to, but after reading the instructions and seeing that they had a YouTube video explaining how to bring the bolsters back to life from being vacuum sealed, I knew what I had to do! You simple pinch and pull apart the foam on the inside of the bolsters to fluff them up, this is honestly the most important part about the setup. Without doing this, your bed will literally hold no shape at all. I have 3 cats and one of them really loves laying on the couch feeling cozy and secure. I made sure to rub his old blanket and bed all in the new sherpa bed and he literally hopped right in, made some biscuits, and slept deeply. My other cat that occasionally likes to sleep on the couch and he eventually hopped into the other bed, also made some biscuits, and laid down for a bit. Of course, as a human, you want your cat to lay inside the perimeter of bed perfectly so they have the padded walls all around them, but my cat lays a bit on the bolsters itself, so the back of the bed kind of "falls" on him. I think he likes it though, makes him feel more secure and probably traps a little bit of his body heat, so that's nice. I would describe this bed as being like the security of a cardboard box, but padded and round like a bed. If you have a cat that'd like that, then you need this bed!

Nice but hard to keep open

My dogs love their beds and I replace them regularly. These 2 just won't stay open and I have to hold it sobthey. An climb inside otherwise it ends up as pictured. If I put a blanket in the bottom it stays open more easily.

Wasn't sure what to expect but my dog loves this dog bed!

I wasn't quite sure how my dog would like this bed but they love it! Very soft and plush, easy to clean and more durable than I was expecting. We've used it now for about 6 months and it's still as plush as it was when it arrived.

Soft and Cushy, but We Returned Ours

I think a lot of pets will like this bed, but I wasn't in love with how floppy it was. The top falls down, sandwiching my Yorkie inside. Cats would probably love that, but dogs tend to run hot and don't usually want a cover over them. The bed had obviously been returned and shipped back out. It had some thread damage (cat's claws, I'm guessing. Looks like it might get snagged easily) and also had a piece of paper taped to it with a return code or something on it. All in all, I just thought a different design would work better for us.

I should have gotten the smaller one for cats

I only purchased this for my elderly cat because it says orthopedic. I got the tall one for dogs because I know my other cat would want to get in the bed too with the older one. They like it, but it will not keep shape and the taller side always falls over so they sleep on top of it which as other reviews point out, is ab ugly eye sore. But I guess they don't mind, and it folding over is hopefully just more cushion for the orthopedic purpose. Blue color is also nice.

Lopsided Luxury

The media could not be loaded. In spite of the fact that this bed will NOT sit correctly regardless of the amount of stretching and coaxing I try, all of the cats love it. It is super soft, thick and apparently comfy to lie in. Our cats all give it a "two paws up" rating. I have purchased two of these beds and both sit all wonky. But the cats love them and that's what matters.

Too small.

Says fine for dogs of 25lb but be aware the inside measurement only 14" x 14" so only small toy dogs would fit this ped bed. Return address Las Vegas so not worth the pain of trying to return and argue shipping costs.

Took a few weeks for my little guy to notice it but he’s wandered towards it all on his own today and looks super comfy now ????. I think this will be his new spot going forward.

Fell apart in the wash!

If I had written this review a month ago, it would have received 5 stars because my shi-poo absolutely loved it! It was soft, and she loved curling up in it. I thought it was a little pricey, but so worth it to see my sweet girl so comfy and relaxed. Fast forward to today, when I decided it was time to give the beloved bed a wash (front loader, delicate cycle). About 10 minutes in, I noticed it looked very “soapy” in the washer. However, when I took a closer look, I realized it wasn’t soap at all, but all the fluff from inside the bedding! The bed had completely come apart at the seams. What a waste of money. We got less tan 3 months out of this bed. The description of this product states that the bed is machine washable! It is not. I am so disappointed. My dog even more so.

Not good for dogs that dig

I bought the bed made out of the Sherpa fabric. I realized as soon as I cut the tag off that the material was garbage. Trying to fish out the plastic piece that held the tag on resulted in pulling bits of the fabric off. I washed it before I gave it to my dog & the fabric looked like it was yrs old after 1 wash. My 4 pound chihuahua was not much of a digger until she got this bed. She’s not a young pup but when I gave her this new bed she destroyed it in 20 min. I will say though that she loves it. It’s comfy & she has enough room for 2 or 3 of her. She’s had the bed for less than 3 wks & it’s full of holes (from her digging). I’d suggest getting one of the ones with different fabric or if you have an elderly dog that doesn’t dig then this one would be fine.
