The walls are supported by thousands of interwoven fine threads, allowing the spa to be rigid and sturdy, making it more similar to a hard-sided spa.The Freeze Shield automatic heating function prevents inner components from freezing during colder temperatures. Designed with innovative winterizing technology, the system will keep the internal temperatures between 42º and 50ºF (6º and 10ºC) to prevent damage. Our spas feature a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter system to help ground the product, preventing any potential electric shocks while the spa is in use. Equipped with a hand pump that quickly inflates the spa, along with an attachable pump that heats it up, runs filtration and controls the massage system, this spa is both easy and convenient. The pump can easily be reached from inside the spa and features cup holders for drinks and snacks. Also included is a ChemConnect dispenser that maintains clean, healthy water by evenly dispersing the proper amount of chlorine. To top it all off, the Helsinki spa comes with a reinforced cover that locks in heat while not in use, as well as keeping dust and debris from collecting on the water.

it falls apart quicker than you wish it did, and the customer service is TERRIBLE
I have bought two of these, and it's an economical play. I use them for my short term rentals, and the one time expense is significantly less than a real hot tub. It's a great product out of the box. It starts to fall apart at about 1 year, and by 1-2 years it's shot. so be prepared to buy another. which I am good with at this price point biggest problem I have with this product...it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service. website looks nice but it's a self-help guide and there is NO WAY TO CALL THEM. or NO WAY TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL. and the CHAT FEATURE IS JUST A BOT, AND A DUMB ONE! sorry for the caps but just know what you're getting here. it's a good value but if things go wrong...my advice is just plan to buy another one and keep the pieces that function for parts!

Great but takes work to keep nice!
We love our inflatable hot tub and use it about 3-4 times a week. That being said I change the filter every 3 days to. I bought a 6 pack on Amazon of the reusable ones and do a swap and clean the dirty one for next time, and add 1 tablespoon of quick dissolving chlorine from Leslie’s every 3-4 days. My water stays crystal clear. I also always keep the top on when not in use and brush the sides and bottom once a week with a soft brush. And use my flat net to get leaves and bugs out while we use it. Love it and it’s very relaxing at night but will take some TLC to keep nice. We don’t really turn on the bubble, they are loud and cool the spa fast. Update: I only have to change the filter once a week now or longer. I think there was rust in the pump or something that cleared out. The filter stays very clean much longer now. We still live our hot tub. Bubbles cool it down very fast. We have solar so at always on at 102 or 104.

Arrived Damaged - Customer Service Updates
Unfortunately, product arrived in a box that was significantly damaged (one corner severely crushed and one handle missing/torn with all sorts of packing tape applied to it to hold it back together - how they thought this was okay to finish delivering is beyond me), but the contents seemed to be okay until I took them out to set them up and found that one of the clear tubes from the spa liner that connects to the pump/heater module has been significantly bent/warped and appears irreparable. Now, it's understandable that things happen and products sometimes get damaged en route. However, I'm posting this review primarily because of the questionable customer service experience thus far. The product as advertised touts "live customer service members to answer your calls and questions" but when I called the number on the Warranty Card to notify them of any issues before submitting a product review to give them an "opportunity to make this right" the call goes straight to voicemail which is full. When I searched online to find another customer service number, there is an automated message that states they are having "technical difficulties" and to go to their website. At the website, I have been forced to submit a warranty claim for an as yet unusable product and a separate call back request form to try to talk to someone. I was able to finally reach someone who told me not to return anything and wait and see what happens with the warranty claim, but she is not able to tell me how long that may take. The warranty claim automated message also states expect delays with response times and any future shipping. So, at this time, I have a damaged product out of the box with no clear indication if or when my warranty claim may be fulfilled. This review is being posted to warn others of the customer service issues and in the hopes that I can expedite a response. It will be updated IF I can get a working product before the return window closes and I am forced to take the time to repack this damaged stuff back into its damaged box to ship for a refund. Update 1: Spoken to someone about the warranty claim later in the same day after it was submitted and have now been told it's approved, waiting for shipping of a new liner, will post additional updates and revise ratings accordingly based on how this process goes. Update 2: It took about 7 days to get the new liner. So far so good. Bottom of this liner also seems to catch air pockets like the first one but is not a functional issue. No holes/leaks which is good. Now, the concern seems to be potential accurate temperature reading issues on the pump/heater module when the air jets are turned on, will drop about 20-30 degrees before gradually coming back up after a few minutes when running them, but temp management seems to be okay when jets are not on, will continue to monitor.

Lasted 3 years, I'm happy with that
This was my 2nd inflatable Bestways spa. I previously had the Miami and was happy with it for the 2-3 years that the "egg" pump controls lasted. This one fared a bit better reliability-wise for the pump at least - no error codes the entire time. The Helsinki has roughly the same outer dimensions of the Miami but is MUCH roomier inside due to the sidewall construction. It also seemed to hold the heat better probably due to the larger thermal mass and not toggling the heater off when the blower is running. This Helsinki model lasted 3 years of continuous use before the glue holding all the air seams together universally failed rendering the tub useless (see pictures from other reviewer's comments). Anyway, I'd say it's decent tub for around the ~$400 price point being that it survived 3 winters on an unheated sunporch in PA. As an energy saving tip - I set mine up on top of 3/4" thick insulated foam board and didn't notice too bad of a hit to the heating bill since I wasn't losing heat into the ground (and it feels nicer on the feet as well). Overall, just don't expect to enjoy it for more than 2-3 years and don't expect any sort of real customer support or parts availability. YouTube is your best friend when it comes to troubleshooting issues and sourcing repair components with all of these inflatable spas... But for 1/10th of the cost of the absolute cheapest "real" spa I've enjoyed many soaks and entertained guests for the past half decade in with these inflatables. I'll likely buy again.

Was great, for a year and a half.
The product was much sturdier than I thought, it was a wonderful addition to our back patio and we enjoyed its use for a year and a half. We kept up with the filters and water levels, however now the inside seams are becoming unglued and it has begun to leak through the glued seams, as the seam covers lifted. The filter itself stopped working (with the Error message it’s usually a filter issue- this time it is not something we can troubleshoot) so after using it for a year and a half, we are going to have to toss it. If you’re looking for something short term I recommend this. If you want it to last more than a year or two don’t buy this one.

Not happy
I’ve had this item since April. Haven’t been able to use it more than a week due to the pump constantly getting the same error code. On my third pump as we speak. How do you guys justify the price? I bought mine at $1200 back in April and now you have it jacked to $2750?

Really a cool setup Easy fast and ready. The outside of the very sturdy
If I had to be really picky, the outside of the tub looks really fake and tacky. When I bought it . It look different , so up close u can tell it’s plastic. But when u grab it and move it. It’s solid and worth the purchase , it will last

Its a great value however we only find it comfortable for 2 people
Fast shipping and product is as described....the bubbles and heat work very good. My husband and I are tall but we both fit comfortably in it but being big galoots I wouldn't want anyone else joining

Buen producto

Wonderful inflatable spa!
I'm really happy with my purchase so far! I'm using it since almost a month now. Hope it won't break after 3 months like the other reviews... Important to know that the pictures doesn't show the actual pump that comes with it. I think I got the new gray pump that the control panel pivot and there is two cup holders behind it.
