One-time use

Pretty costly for disposable use item! Imagine the surprise when the carrying strap separated from the bag the second time we used it... 'almost appears to be notched for "easy removal". I cannot Imagine what the engineer had in mind for this unit. I cannot return because I need some portable water supply... 'thinking about putting bag in old back pack ????
