Nice Booties
Nice booties, but twice I was shipped the incorrect size. I needed these before a trip, but Amazon did nothing to accommodate me. Disappointing as I shop with them a lot.

Twice sent 8-1/2 when I ordered 9
I liked the boot but won’t order again as it’s too much work to send back. Both times I ordered a 9 & both time 6pm sent 8-1/2. I also complained to their Customer Service Department to no avail.
