Worst liner we ever purchased No customer service

The liner was stuck together and when the installers opened it it tore the color off on two places, we chose to continue installing. The seams are highly visible, which we don’t like, again as we were paying to have it installed we continued. It was installed in July 3, 2022 when we removed the ladder and the pad we had under it 2 1/2 months later September 21, 2022 we found how it had faded.( see photo above) We contacted customer service and we’re told it was covered then told it was not. No help from this comply at all. Would never do business with them again. Highly disappointed.

Bad quality! Ripped after 1ft of water after all that work!!!! Hard to return and get money back! Amazon is a pain! Don’t buy pool liners from Amazon!!!!!!!
