Only buy if someone else can tie this for you

While the fit was good, this was next to impossible to put on myself and get tight enough to get any kind of support as the strings in the back are what hold the entire thing together. Even putting it on and spinning it around won't do because the strings don't hold very well. Would have been better with thicker straps to tie.
