S T R E T C H !!!
I saw someone using one of these at my local gym and ended up buying one to use my own home vs laying on the gym floor. I wanted this to use to exercise my stomach area and it works great. I love the handle feature of it. I can lay on my back, hold this, extend my arms back then forward and really feel the muscles tighten in my stomach area. I will have to watch videos or more people use this for more uses but for now I am happy. Ball is nice and sold, durable and for me 12 lbs is a good weight.

Great a love it more than a conventional dumbbell
I love these. While expensive, they are sturdy and soft to the touch. Very easy to grip on either side or with both hands. Less chance for injury compared with a rigid kettlebell or dumbbell. And it won't rust. Larger than a conventional kettlebell. I will add a few more to create a set.

Great quality, a little expensive
I've been working out with this ball for a couple of months now, and I'm not at all disappointed with my purchase. I could tell as soon as I removed it from the package that this was a high quality item... not cheap and poorly made like some of the other medicine balls I've used. The grips are nice and comfortable and it can take a beating. It cost a little more than I originally wanted to pay, but it will without-a-doubt pay off in the long run.

This product is exactly as advertised. It is durable and makes for a great home addition to my home gym. I am able to use it for a number of exercises and think it was a great value for the money.

BEWARE Buyers - Sub Standard Quality of Materials
Folks, buy this product ONLY if you have supreme confidence, that you will NEVER EVER even accidentally drop it on the floor or bounce it off the floor. For if you do (while catching or any resistance or any core training), the surface disintegrates. Here's my user experience of the product: I opened it out of the box, bounced it off of a smooth tiled floor for about 10 minutes no more than may be 2 dozen times just to get to feel the grip of it, but noticed the surface started ripping apart. I contacted the seller, the loyalty team responded and started a return, asked for more details -- So I took pictures and sent them that. They then closed the ticket stating the product is NEVER intended to be bounced off the floor, but can be bounced off of the wall. If a product doesn't stand a 10 minute test in a mild environment, it only goes on to speak for the quality of the product. The product description does not mentioned "ball should NEVER be bounced off the floor even for fun". Wouldn't recommend this.

absolutely love this medicine ball!
I'm so happy I got this. On days I don't lift heavy i use this to get cardio work in and it diversifies workout and is safe and high quality.

Yes, this smells like rubber, have you not been to a gym lately?? Anyhoo, this is a great medicine ball, and the handles are PERFECT for gripping and doing routines/exercises without loosing it. Rubber smell dissipates after a while, so don't worry about it. We got the 16 pound ball. It is great for swinging, tapping, passing, holding etc.. Grips TIGHT when held. No slip for us. Hope this helps.
