Meh, lacing hook broke

These shoes were pretty comfortable, even after working on my feet all day. After less than a month one of the lacing hooks broke. After waiting 3-4 weeks for them to send me new boots back in the mail - I received the check for $14 less than I paid for the boots. Inadequate materials on the lacing hooks and lousy customer support. But the boots were pretty comfy it's just a shame about the lacing thing
