Wrong size

Boots are beautiful but they sent me the wrong size ,I ordered a 5 big kid and they sent me size 5 toddler,I would like they check twice an order before send it

Wrong Size

Ordered Big Kid 5 and received Infant 5. Look like good quality boots for the price, but not if it's the wrong size as advertised.

Incorrect Sizing

“Big kid” actually means toddler. I ordered a big kid size 4 and it’s a toddler size 4 even though it says 8-12 years old.
