hello, I am writing because I feel so disappointed with this purchase, my girlfriend checked my package and I was so happy when I saw the shirt, its color and everything, but the buttons are not secure and this is serious because I think that Hugo boss is a well-known brand for send this kind of things damaged. I want to get a refund please, I'm really upset

This flannel shirt is short and wide for the heavy short guys not very good for anybody that wants a fitted shirt very hairy kind of shirt not real comfortable I ordered an extra large and a large both were very uncomfortable
