Brady 86560 inspection and material control tag displays EMERGENCY SHOWER & EYE WASH TEST RECORD, INSPECT THIS UNIT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING INSPECTION RECORD, and DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG legends on the front and back of a 5-3/4 x 3 inch (H x W) polyester surface with labeled sections on front and back for recording the date and authorized signature. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The polyester, green on white tag withstands moisture, grease and dirt, and is durable in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 212 degrees F, and has two chamfered corners and a 3/8 grommet. It comes with a nylon tie. The tag meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standard 1910.145 for accident prevention and exceeds the 50 lb. pullout requirement, with 75 lb. pullout strength, and has an average outdoor life of three to five years.
