Two Words: Cotton + Color

Not a Brady fan but more a ‘100% cotton’ fan. Plus, hoodie is a cool, deep blue. This is a cleanly designed hoodie that shrinks a little with wash (hang damp to dry.) I like the number being much larger in size than ‘Brady’ on the front. I ended up with two of these after all was said and done.

#12 BRADY Cotton Fleece pullover

This number 12 Tom Brady 100% Cotton (50%Recycled) fleece pullover is well made. The ribbed cuffs and hems are great but not too tight. I thought it fit as expected, although the kids say it runs a bit small. I wore it once and have never seen it again, so you know it's nice. I liked it, and so did they.

Quality sweatshirt with nice hoodie ...

I got the darkest one because I refrain from advertising brands. No one will ever notice the "12" and "Brady" markings on the shirt, though I love Tom Brady and hope they retire his number next season, now that he's re-retired. I live in Patriots country where the winters can get mighty cold (yes, still). I just wore this sweatshirt on a long walk along the river at 20 degrees F and feel perfectly warm with it under my winter jacket. The hoodie is a great feature because it keeps my ears, neck, and head plenty warm. The hoodie ties right below my chin so I don't need a scarf. This is a good quality sweatshirt, washer/dryer friendly (though it does shrink a little), and it has a front pocket—just like Brady's!

High quality, luxe sweatshirt

As a teenager, my girlfriend’s mom got me a Tony Hawk sweatshirt for Christmas. That was approximately y2k and that sweatshirt was $60. I remember thinking that was a lot, but this normal lady picked it out for me because it was a really nice sweatshirt. According to the internet, $60 in the year 2000 is $103 in 2023 dollars. I have very clear memories of that sweatshirt and wore it all the time, long after that teenage relationship ran its course. I was wearing it when I watched TB12 get his first ring in ‘02. This Brady sweatshirt reminds me a lot of that Hawk sweatshirt, both in quality and how cool it is. It is just the right weight to keep warm without being too bulky. I got the blue, which is a true royal blue despite how muted my photo looks, with black print that shows up very well against the blue. The Brady is nicely embroidered and the 12 covers the right amount of area on the front. I ordered a size up because I usually like a little extra room in a sweatshirt, but it is true to size and I would not recommend sizing up. This sweatshirt feels great, looks awesome, and I’m very happy with it. It’s high end, sure, but it’s a special sweatshirt.

Fits fine and feels good. It's 100% cotton, so beware of shrinkage

Made of soft cotton. The "Brady" is well embroidered and the "12" nicely silkscreened. Sticthing is reinforced throughout. Since the color was dark (and named "Ink" :-), I decided to check for color fastness. I am glad to share that it did not run or bleed (during wash). Size and fit-wise I would say the Medium (I'm 5'8", 150lbs) was accurate. If you prefer an oversized or loose fit/feel, you might consider one size larger. Lengthwise the fit might be bordering on being slightly short for taller wearers. Note - Material is 100% cotton and on the basis of the shrinkage I measured, the fabric is not Sanforized (pre-shrunk) because after cold-water only wash, the length shrunk 1-2 in length and 1/2 in overall width. But fits fine on me and feels good. Would buy again.

Great hoodie

This hoodie is really nice quality. It washes up well, just know that it can’t be dried in a dryer- hang dry only!! So be willing to put a little more effort into this hoodie than you normally would, if you buy. Other than that, it’s great.

Good quality sweatshirt for a premium price

This is a simple and attractive hooded sweatshirt where there's no question you're paying for the name at least as much as you're paying for the garment. It's a soft and comfortable hoodie to be sure! To be fair, the premium price also helps cover the added cost of using recycled cotton and adhering to Better Cotton Initiative standards. It's funny that on the "Brady Blue" garment, the black screen-printed "12" is pretty subtle, and the black embroidered "BRADY" is nearly invisible. It must be even more so on the "Ink" version. If you want to make sure people know you're wearing a Tom Brady product, the evidence will be most visible on the "Quartz" hoodie!

Great Sweatshirt, But Here's The Deal...

This is a great sweatshirt, really a nice blue (Brady Blue) that stands out and honestly this is one of the better pieces of the Brady lineup. The blue looks much better than it does in my picture here. That being said it still befalls of the very plain, very formulaic, ways of that line. They call it 'understated', but they're really missing opportunities to take some chances here and make something more spicy. That may not be Tom's way, which is fine but I think it's going to leave the fanfare wanting more. Good: + Beautiful 'Brady' Blue Sweatshirt + 50% recycled materials (50% more than most) + Super comfy considering it's made of recycled materials Bad: - Only 50% recycled materials - Fairly plain In the end there's more good than bad here, this is one of the nicer pieces of the line and for those reasons I'm in.
