Includes gasket. Works and doesn't leak. Not the best.
Not oem. The imprint on the base are the same but not as clear as the oem blade with our blender. Interestingly our 3 year old blades leaves less chunkcs when making smoothies. Budget replacement that comes with a replacement gasket and doesn't leak. Guess I shouldn't expect more.
