This is great at a reasonable price!
I read the reviews before buying this and I noticed that everyone that left bad reviews it's because they did NOT read the description that you need a Hubbell-Raco 6239 box, and that is actually what I was looking for because the 6239 box comes with 2 outlets and I wanted 1 outlet and data. If you are planning to use in a regular box it will not work due to the positioning of the screws. The outlets for the 6239 box are double in price so this is a GREAT bargain!

Read Description VERY Carefully!!
I missed the part in the product description where it says, "Requires JLOAD multimedia box RJ600." This will NOT fit a standard box. My mistake, but the seller should emphasize this restriction.

Doesn’t fit stand box
Good product, but I wish it was move obvious it doesn’t fit a standard box for the novice DIYer

Single-gang solution for both power and data
I knew going into buying this that it was supposed to be used with a custom Hubbell box. The screw locations are offset, and you won't be able to use this with a standard box. Also you're supposed to separate the high and low voltage sections with a "permanent barrier".Hubbell Multimedia Box has provisions for both the odd mounting positions and the ability to install a partition. With the help of a 3D printer I was able to solve both problems while using a standard old-work box, but it took some engineering. You probably should know what you're doing if you've buying this product. Its too easy to try and force fit it into the wrong type of box, or omit the partition and create a hazardous situation (or at least an installation that is not up-to-code) Recommend you consult an electrician. All-in-all, this is a good product, but probably best for new-work. I prefer the single-gang installation for flat-panel televisions. This gets the job done.

Requires modification to fit a standard outlet
This didn’t fit a standard outlet, but I was able to modify it to work. I bought blank face covers and an Ethernet connector, so I could plug an Ethernet cable into the back - no splicing Ethernet cables. It’s done. It works. I’m happy. But why doesn’t it fit in a standard outlet?

This solution is pretty slick and fit my needs for a single gang ...
This solution is pretty slick and fit my needs for a single gang / separated voltage solution. This comes with everything you need for combination with a Hubbell RJ600 box (or floor or cabinet box). I took off one star as the connection points are fairly thin and could break if you're not super careful during installation/adjustment. HDMI Warning: Because there is a voltage divider inside the single gang box, there is little room to fit in an HDMI keystone and molded HDMI plug. I experimented with a couple different ideas, but in the end needed to use a HDMI pigtail so I could turn the cable. This is extremely tight and requires some thought.

I could not figre out how to mount the plate
Worked perfectly until it was time for me to mount this in the box and put the plate on...I had to modify o couple of things to make it work.

Stupid to require a special box.
If you have boxes in place and you don't want to tear up your wall putting in a new one... this is a moronic choice. I will create a custom mount for this to get it to work but seriously.. This is just a money play to force you to buy their box.
