Pretty but not exactly functional as far as wallets go

I love the art work on this wallet, and it seems to be of high quality. Unfortunately for me, this wallet is not functional. It is small and things fit inside of it tightly. The worst thing is, it doesn’t stay closed. It came with a rubber band that says “made in the USA”, but I assume that was just for packaging purposes, because it looks lame when left on the wallet, plus it covers up the pretty artwork. So Sadly, I won’t be using this wallet.
