Dog is an Escape Artist & Slips Out of Collar; Slide Doesn't Keep Collar Tight

Great idea for a die hard comic nerd that named the dog Arrow. The actual collar itself was delivered as described, happy with the product. Unfortunately, the pup wiggled her way out because the size adjustment slide loosens easily. If she's on her leash the collar becomes loose and her head slips out to make her great escape (and boy does she take off running- she's a GSP). The material is smooth/satin-like (not textured) it won't stay tight for pup to wear the collar without us being vigilant about adjusting it before and during her potty walks. If my dog wasn't an escape artist this collar would work great, but having the slide loosen it just doesn't work for us. The design and actual buckle of the collar are quality and have had no problems. I should also say the slide wasn't loose upon arrival, it took a 3-4 weeks of wearing it before her first escape.

Perfect

I named my Ridgeback "Ollie" after Green Arrow, how could I not get this? Fits perfectly, and he thinks it's pretty snazzy as well.

No Soup For You, Speedy!

I loved the idea, and the quality is top notch. The reason I have given it 3 stars is because it's advertised for dogs/cats. I ordered a small (not wide) one for my cat. The buckle is so heavy she can't possibly wear it. Gave it to my dog instead. :-/ loved the idea, bc my cat's name is Speedy.
