Not as Advertised

I have other BUILT bottle carriers. The material is very thin. I ordered it because the description includes "for champagne bottles". However, the carrier is too tight, and the fabric does not stretch like other BUILT carriers. Very disappointed that the seller wrongly described this item.

Looks better on the screen than in real life

I bought this Built NY wine bag because I liked the idea that it was collapsible. Unfortunately, in person it's not as neat as I expected. First, the texture of the bag isn't soft and wetsuit like the other Built NY bags. It actually feels like a thin layer of neoprene over cardboard or rigid plastic. Second, the bag itself pushes back (or resists collapsing) more than I liked when I collapsed it; I can only imagine my dexterity getting it closed after I drank said bottle. Last, when it does collapse it was far bigger than I would've liked; it wouldn't fit in my shoulder bag discreetly; I'm better off with their signature wine bag shoved in my purse. RETURNED.

Great gift for your resident wino!

Ordered one of these each for the fiancé and mother and both loved it. It's beautiful, unique, and protective of whatever reserve you'd like to insert. As a bonus, its scrunches to half size or less for enhanced mobility when not I use. I'd highly recommend the Bordeaux color! I found these guys after discovering the perfect protective sleeve for my Kindle Paperwhite. Keep it up, BUILT... although a response to a seemingly simple and straightforward question to your customer service department was pretty useless. Not unexpected these days, however.

Keeps wine bottle cold and protected

Bought one of this years ago then ended up giving it as a Hostess gift. Never found them again, very sad. Then I found them again. Yaaaaa! This are very compact and well built. Bought myself another one and some of their paper ones for Hostess gifts. Haaaaaa!

Unique 'twist' on a wine bottle tote

Very unique 'twist' on a wine bottle tote; makes a great gift. Quality of construction is good and nice feature is that it stands up on floor, or you can twist and compress it down to a big 'hockey puck’, when out at a BYOB. Only issue is that it's hard to stop playing with! Will be picking up several more for the holidays as gifts along with an additional one for us.

A hit for Christmas!

Gave a few out as gifts & everyone loved them. Very unique & very well made. Amazon had the best price. Saved at least $10 from buying it on Built's website & saved $5 from buying it in the wine store. Neoprene material is very strong & you can twist it so it fits in a drawer or smaller storage location. Black looks the classiest IMO.

Used or not? I really like Built Origami totes....The one I got from this seller isn't bad (the folds are fresh) but it seems to have been kept out in the open and uncovered for a while before being sold as new.

Everything by Built is awesome and this is no exception. Stylish and sturdy also very trendy. This is a great wine tote, I bought as a gift but I love it so much I plan to buy another for myself!!
