best leash.. except the clip

best leash i own, just cut off the clip. as all these types of clips can accidently open. its rare, but you can twist and pull and the gate of the clip can open up. So i cut off the clip and sew on a locking carabiner

Great leash to control a rambunctious dog!

I love this leash! My Standard Poodle thinks everyone loves him and he wants to jump up on them. This leash, when using the short handle, gives me a way to keep him under control and near me. Plush grips are easy on my hands too!

soft and stylish!

I love this leash, It has so many features that just separates it from the others. The first, being the softness. Its luxury. There is no discomfort to it even if your hound down wants to pull you in every direction when that rabbit or squirrel crosses your path. There is zero hard surface to rub your skin against to give you that burn type feeling with this leash. Another benefit is that it has a handle close to the dog to quickly switch to a short leash for when unfriendly or unknown dogs get nearby. I also use this option to help train her better on the leash and teach her placement at my side. The leash also includes safety reflective mechanisms integrated throughout for clear visibility at Dusk and dawn times, a feature I admire on the pit stops while traveling. I bought the matching pouch that contains the waste bags and treat dividers to make this leash complete. Its called the BUILT Duo Leash Bag and is the same color and fabric as the leash.

Very nice, not as reflective as I had expected

The Large-Medium-Small sizing of this leash corresponds to the width and heaviness of this leash, not the length - and correspondingly to the size of the dogs. All the sizes are 6 feet long, an ideal length for dog walking in the city. The leash is very nice, seems very sturdy, has comfortable padded handles. I like that matching snack and doggie-bag dispensers are available. It is advertised as Nightsafe and reflective and it is somewhat reflective but not as much as I had expected. Maybe it is good in complete darkness but it does not really stand out on a city street at dusk.

A Really Nice Two Handled Leash

We like this leash a whole lot. I use it with the dog poo bag holder that clips right in. This leash is easy for me (woman 5'4 walking dogs of 71 and 52 pounds) to quickly shorten the leash when I need to when our Aussies see a rabbit or deer and I still have a real handle to hold. On our other leashes I am just holding the handle and a whole bunch of leash. This two handle system is so nice. I did notice a lot of people upset about the reflectiveness and the lack thereof. I do not walk our girls in the dark (my husband does this usually) and our girls have reflective harnesses. I will admit that the reflectiveness on the leash would have been a big selling point for some people, but for me the fact that I can clip in the dog poo bag and the second handle is just perfect. If I really need it to reflect, I will get some stickers.

Very good leash.

The second handle is lower than on my other, similar leash and I prefer that to this low one. Other than that, this is a great leash. It is lightweight and sturdy. I don't know how reflective it is, but I like the look and feel of it. It seems to be sturdy enough to keep my golden in line on our walks. There are great accessories that go along with this, too. Check them out. I would gift this

Dual handle for more control when needed. Cushioned grips. Only compliant is the longer handle seems to long while walking. Good quality.
