Bumkins’ Silicone Straw Cup and Lid Set is designed to support independent drinking skills at different stages. The cup is sized for little hands; textured ridges allow for an easier grip. The spill-resistant cup has a sloped interior to control the flow of liquid for safer drinking. Little ones can sip from the lid, through the straw or drink from an open cup. The straw is angled for a smoother suction and a built-in stopper prevents little ones from pulling it out of the cup. The cup has a weighted bottom to help reduce tipping and spills. Ounce and milliliter measurements on the cup help manage fluid intake. Toddlers can skip the straw and lid and practice open cup drinking, supporting the transition to big kid cups. Made from soft 100% food-safe platinum silicone to protect emerging teeth and gums. And silicone is also safe to use with warm or cold liquid. We use third party labs to ensure the products we manufacture comply with CPSC and CPSIA standards for BPA, Lead, and Phthalates. Dishwasher-safe (top rack). Holds up to 7oz/210mL. Measurement lines from 2oz/60mL up to 6oz/180mL. For ages 12 months and up. Designed in Arizona, responsibly made in China.

Nice weighted bottom.
This cup is nicely weighted at the bottom. The cover can fit multiple different cups, which is perfect when traveling or eating at a restaurant. The only drawback, is the straw is easily pulled out of the top.

Well made cup for learning toddlers
I chose this cup for my 2 year old daughter who is just starting to transition off of a sippy cup onto a straw cup. She's not quite safe enough to trust with open lid cups but can manage a straw well. I love the idea of this cup, as it transitions between covered straw cup to open rim cup with the removal of the silicone top. The silicone top could also be sipped from (kind of like a coffee cup). I really liked how the cup has measurements on it, knowing how much you're filling up the cup, or how much they drank from it. I also really like how the silicone lid can really be used for any cup, so even if my child outgrows this small plastic one, I can use another cup of similar width and place the lid on. My only dislike is that the cup is not recommended for dishwasher use, which is the biggest annoyance in a household that mostly uses the dishwasher. Other than that, I feel like the product is well made, well thought out and is a good size for little to medium hands to hold. It's not 'spill/ leak proof' so it will require supervision or monitoring, but for kids who you know won't drop the cup to the ground, it's a great fit!

Nice trainer cup! Recommended!
This is a nice trainer cup, especially for toddlers with feeding difficulties. The straw and cup both have ridges for more oral input. The cup is a solid heavy silicone at the bottom and a more flexible silicone at the top, making it easy for the toddler the mold the sip to their mouth. It is not leak-proof for travel, as my diaper bag got wet carrying it around (without tipping). The top is easy to stretch on, and it stays put nicely since the silicone on both top and bottom sort of stick together. Overall very happy with the product for at the table use. Adding after a few more days of use: If you press on the air release hole gently, you can control the flow of the liquid into the straw. This can be super helpful for a child who is adverse to learning how to drink out of a straw. In my experience, to find this feature, you have to buy an expensive product through a therapy resource center. This cup would do the trick perfectly! Highly recommend!!

Love this cup
This silicone training cup is perfect for little ones learning to drink from a straw. The lid is snug and doesn’t leak. I love that the material is easy for them to grip and the straw isn’t rigid so it doesn’t hurt their mouth if they poke or push too far. It washes up well in soapy water or in the dishwasher too.

Interesting Design
This training cup has a really interesting and effective design. So far my toddler has yet to knock the lid off or have any significant issues with leakage. My 1 year old is still trying to figure out how to use a straw cup, so we don't use it with him yet; but the 3 year old is quite efficient. Overall good design, easy to clean, and great for meal times.

Great cup for first time cup drinkers
My little one LOVES this cup. He uses it great and hasn't had any issues with it. The material of the cup is soft and very pliable. The cup itself is not as flexible as the lid but that is exactly what I wanted. My 20-month-old can grip the cup really well and uses the straw great. He loves being like a big kid. The cup has been dropped numerous times and has stayed fully intact. The lid part to the cup has a great seal and definitely prevents things from leaking out. When the cup does fall the only liquid that does come out is what is in the straw at the time. Usually a miniscule amount. One downside to it is the water will spout out of the straw which my child quickly discovered. He thinks it's hilarious and will do it a little here and there in-between drinks. So, as for me, I've only been daring enough to use water so far because of this. It has been a great thing to use for him to start using a cup. We will continue to use this cup for sure and made be on the lookout for more like it.

Not only for toddlers
My 10-month-old baby can drink using a straw. It's a little big for her tiny hands but she's able to hold it well. There's no water coming out of the lid unless she throws it to the floor and the straw comes out.
