Useful and Soft

This robe is lightweight and soft. It also folds up very small. It is very absorbent. I use it as a towel after shower or bath. It would be a great item to take camping or to a day at the beach. Color stayed vibrant after washing and not much shrinkage. No complaints. I would consider buying another one.

Love this robe!

I bought a size large and it fits my 5 ft 5in 150 lb body comfortably. It’s soft and dries quickly. I am trying to talk my husband into getting one. I have already given one as a gift and it was well appreciated. I would definitely buy this robe again.

Real Turkish Robes for Sauna, Spa, and Bathhouses

We have several of these and have given them as gifts as well because we like them so much. They are the perfect weight and size to walk around the Sauna and Spa. Instead of walking around totally naked you can use this robe to lounge and walk around with some discretion until you need to disrobe in the Sauna. Just remember to wash and dry them in dryer before first use to soften the raw cotton to luxurious soft cotton.

WOW!

I debated buying this robe for a few days before taking the risk. I'm a review reader, and several prior ones mentioned issues with sizes and shrinkage, but I loved the design and color, so I chewed my nails as clicked the order button. I can honestly say, if one follows the instructions to hang dry, shrinkage doesn't happen. The material is super soft, thin, but surprisingly warm. It's very comfortable to wear to and from the shower, and even keeps me warm when my skin is still a little wet after drying off. Choosing a size was the most difficult part. I'm an agender person, 5'3", 165 LBS, with a chest that's usually fits tightly in a men's large t-shirt, so I ordered the L-XL size. Lengthwise, it falls past my knees (closer to my shins, which is actually my preference). Widthwise, I have to wrap one flap under my arm and belt the other side snuggly or it would be very baggy, gapping in uncomfortable places. For comparison, my partner is 6'0", 230-ish LBS, usually wears a men's XL t-shirt and this same robe fits him well, falling about knee-length, and it closed just fine. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and I'd buy it again.

A nice robe, but I wish it was cut fuller.

I like the vaguely moorish design of this robe, striped horizontally in white and bluish grey (not 'black' as the description says), but the robe, even at its largest size, is still cut rather narrow. If I was even a little larger it would not work.

Runs very small

Good quality, nice robe, but runs extremely small. Bought the large for my husband. It is now my robe. I am 5’3” and wear women’s small. This robe fits me very well and hits 2” above my knee.

Lovely, light, and comfortable, but missing a tassal

Light and comfortable, soft enough… hoping the torn and missing tassel is not noticeable to others… wabi sabi, I suppose.

Light and soft

Felt very good quality, definitely on the thin side but good weave. I trimmed the tassels because they're not my style.. I am a curvy 5 ft tall female, this ties around the waist but gaps a little open around my hips and bust. I'm still decent enough but I wouldn't wear it around company. I would say it's definitely designed for more of a "male" figure. UPDATE: Took off a star. Gave the robe to my husband, realize the tie on the waist is very very low, nearly around his hips. Seems like more that could have gone into the construction or more quality control afterwards.

Comfortable and Lightweight, perfect for summer or hot climate

My husband is always too hot in terry cloth robes, so I got him this one and he just loves it. Yes, it is very lightweight, but the fabric is a dense weave and is good quality. I've seen some reviews complaining about it being too light. Yes, it is very light, but it's perfect for hot weather and climates. Mind you, we live in a ski town in Canada and he wears this in the winter to and from the hot tub. So it's just personal preference. If you want a cushy, soft absorbent robe, this is not for you. If you want something lightweight for a hot evening or relaxing at the beach, this is perfect. Also about the fringe - both my husband and I like it, some reviewers didn't. If you're concerned about the fringe in the washing machine, put the robe in a laundry wash bag.

Marvelous

This is a completely excellent thing. Very good quality and very comfortable! This is my first peshtemal robe. I was waiting for him and I have been reading all the reviews. That's why I knew all details. I got it today and I am happy. I bought the biggest size although I am not big or fat, or even tall, it's very comfortable to wrap myself! My good experience!

It’s nice

The material is a very soft light weight cotton. Got the L-XL for hubby and it come to mid thigh and the arms are a bit shorter like 3/4 length instead of what the picture shows as full length. So it would’ve been better if they could add a few more inches to the length but he’s still happy with it.
