Kept me warm through a (sub)freezing Chicago Christmas
To preface, I'm from the South and I haven't owned a proper winter coat in years. I got this coat to survive a few days of Midwest winter while traveling to visit family for the holidays. Little did I know at the time that it would be a -30 degree windchill the day we arrived. Wearing a hoodie + this jacket, I was plenty toasty going from the airport to the car, loading/unloading bags, and standing outside enjoying the snow for short bursts. I wasn't outside long, but I'm confident this jacket would have kept me warm had I been out much longer. Fit was perfect and true to size (I got an XL) with plenty of pockets (inside and out) to hold all my extra items. Seems durable and not overly puffy. Overall, great buy and I'm happy I chose this jacket!
