The arm length can be adjusted from 13" to 22" to adjust the arc of the shoulder wheel. Progress is easily tracked with the 5-function digital display. This device indicates the speed, time exercised, calories burned, the distance traveled and ‘scan', which rotates through all the functions. The resistance knob lets you change pedal resistance for progressive exercises.
