Way too small

Read the sizing guide and was still way too small for my 5YO.

The bag was already open. And the tights look worn

Maybe one time issue - but horrendous fit

Purchased for a skinny 9yr old girl - would MAYBE fit a 2yr old. Tried stretching in case it had to be fitted, but she couldn't get it past her knees. I would guess mfg error, labeled incorrectly?
