Most products are handmade by craftsman and assembled under controlled conditions. Because of the nature of the hand-making process, some amount of surface imperfection and finish variation is expected and will not be considered as defective. Capital lighting is committed to providing high quality products in all respects and the final decision as to whether or not a product is defective will be made by capital lighting. Capital lighting will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any of its fixtures that are defective in workmanship or materials.
