With 3.5" wide compartments, the RPC14 holds 4 rows of plate covers for maximum efficiency. The specially designed insert keeps contents separated during washing. The plate rack will stack with all other industry standard ware washing racks. Made from durable polypropylene plastic, the OptiClean RPC14 ware washing rack is safe for use in commercial dishwashers and will standup to harsh detergents and heat up to 200 degrees F. Each compartment is designed to allow for maximum water circulation and airflow for proper cleaning and drying.
