Great brush

I love this brush! I bought this brush in Home Goods years ago and loved it. I needed a new brush and was very happy to have found it again online on Amazon. Plan to purchase a third brush to keep on hand. Great design!

Leaks

It’s nice, but doesn’t dispense soap easily and now it leaks at the cap.. no matter how tight I get the cap on

Refills unavailable?

Bought this a few months ago. Brush works fine, but as I looked today, I did not see that refill heads are available from this company. Also do not see any refills on Amazon that will fit this brush. :(

Casabella - "Kind" or Not

This rating is based on several factors related to design and functionality. 1. The handle may be a bit oversized for some people. 2. The pattern of the bristle groups, while bristles are long, are widely spaced with only one group at the top of the brush. This arrangement requires more pressure to get results. 3. While the head of the tool is engineered to be replaceable I have not found a place I can order one. Now the details. The handle's diameter is larger than most brushes of similar type. I don't have small hands (nor large) but it may be uncomfortable for those with a medium to small glove size. The bristles are long but there is significant spacing between the bristle groups. I found this to require a bit more effort to get the cleaning action I needed. The bristles spread out but only with effort. This is especially true for the tip of the brush. There is only one bristle group at the tip of the brush. This arrangement requires that you use more pressure to get results. The outcome is that the tip-end group flattens after repeated use. The spacing of the other side bristle groups is also wide and requires more effort to get all the grunge. The bristle length helps but requires more effort. While the head is made to be replaceable I have yet to find an outlet to purchase one; including the home page for the tool. Finally, there seems to be an excess of plastic/nylon for a brush to be labeled "Kind". Is this really kind or just marketing? Works OK but not impressed. Returning to natural bristle brushes.

Soap leaks

Used this one time and after leaving it in the dish rack standing up the soap leaked all over. I don’t recommend.

No replacement heads available

I like most Casabella products but I bought this because it had a replacement head. I have had it for months and still cannot find one. The reason I got it was for the replacement factor because I hate throwing so much stuff out. I got mine at Target. They have other brands with replacement heads so I don't know what the issue is. I guess I will switch brands.
