Designed to efficiently separate dust, debris, and liquids from an airstream and collect the material in a general purpose recovery bin reducing the materials which reach the vacuum. Capturing both bulky and fine very dust the 95798 separator dramatically reduces the need to replace filters, filter bags and extend the vacuums useful life. The Quick Click separator combines cyclonic action with a unique concave baffle design that results in highly efficient separation of both large and very fine particulates. The result is a clean air stream reaching the vacuum which insures the vacuums performance is not compromised by dirty filters that reduce airflow and sealed suction. The 95798 separator was designed around industry standard vacuums and hoses to make connecting the separator easy and efficient with minimal need for adaptors or duct tape. Both the intake and outlet to the vacuum are designed to be compatible with industry standard wet-dry domestic vacuums and their hoses like Rigid, Shop Vac, Vacmaster, Dewalt, and many other brands. The hoses will fit male into the 2.375” inlet. The outside of the inlet and exit to the vacuum are designed to accept popular 2.5” dust collection wire support hoses commonly used in home and commercial workshops. The 95798 has a 4” diameter discharge point to the debris recovery bin which helps keep the separator clear of performance robbing clogs. When mounted to the lid of the recovery bin you will notice there is a cylinder extending from the 6.5” wide mounting flange that presses through the recovery bin lid to keep the Quick Click separator. Combining the larger flange width along with the extended cylinder insures the Quick Click Separator remains stable during use and helps insure a sealed condition. This separator is translucent, allowing the operator to see the debris separation.

Works great on liquid or solids

Was having problems with a knock off one, didn't like slurry liquid. Bought this one, has great intake that separates material and air very quickly. Both intake and suction port fits 2" pvc couplers perfectly. Larger space between inside air cone and outside letter larger objects down to bottom. Large opening that extends past the bucket lid. I used a 4.75 hole saw and worked great. 4.25 min of opening. Have it in tandem with my old vortex knock off like they have in the instructions, and it works great. Only time it has plugged is when a large clumps of grass in the slurry got sucked up without being caught. Easy to unclog though. Even better that it is USA made.

Works like Magic!

What I dislike is that I waited way too long to make a move on this little gem of a dust separator. I'm 77 and had my doubts about all of these kinds of crazy gadgets. But I decided to give in and spend some bucks and WOW! I was floored at how well this little wonder worked. So glad I pulled the trigger on this one! I love it and I love seeing all the dust go round and round and fall into the bucket blow. At first I keep lifting the lid to the Vacuum to check the filter to see if there was anything in it and what was in it; hardly anything at all. I have it hanging on the wall with my 12 gal. 5HP shop vac next to it. Now my vac stays put no more dragging it around the shop! The bad part it it's a bit pricey but I still think it's worth having because it will save me time and filter cost. Oh! Get a remote switch for turning your vac on and off a must with this set up!

In line with my shop vac.

So far so good, hardly any dust in my shop vac and the filter no longer gets clogged. Easy setup, depending what shop vac you have. I should have purchased this years ago, would have saved a lot of headaches with constant filter cleaning.

Works better than I expected

I didn't really believe all of the reviews claiming it would capture 90+% of the dust. It is true. Very happy with the results. I'd buy it again.

Love it so far, works with DeWalt planer and no vac attached

I love this! I looked at the dust deputy but this being less than half the price I decided to give it a try. So far it's working great - I have it attached to a fiber drum with a plastic lid. My vacmaster shop vac hose with the little locking nub fits male into this no problem. I also have an adapter to hook up my wall mounted dust collector from harbor freight, though I haven't tried it out yet. One thing I'm really excited about is that this thing has solved my problem with my DeWalt 735 planer. It has a chip blower with I thought I'd love when I bought it, but I found that the blower is actually able to overpower both my shop vac and my dust collector, and was blowing the separator lid off my old dust collection setup. Some what amazingly, I'm actually able to just attach the planer to this with no vacuum or dus collector connected at all, and it separates the chips and blows clean air out top! Best $40 I've spent in recent memory.

It actually works!!!!!!!!!!

As advertised, I was very much surprised. I sucked up a load of saw dust and dirt and the vac was clean inside.

This thing works!!!!!!!!!

I am doing a kitchen box remodel and needed a dust separator to help keep the garage clean and my shop vac from getting all clogged up. I mounted it to a 5 gallon bucket. I have emptied the bucket twice, the vacuum was empty!!! I don't write reviews, but need to do one for this separator. I agree with many of the reviews. Buy one! It is amazing! This is a great inexpensive solution for a small shop.

WOW!!! What a cyclone separator.

I bought one and it worked so well I bought a second one for my son to use in his shop. I'd give it 10 stars!!!! I set my Craftsman 16 gallon shop vaccum up with a bag and a HEPA filter. I have collected 25 gallons of shavings and sander dust in the cyclone separator, dumped it twice, and the HEPA filter has no dust on it. I repeat, it has NO dust that the eye can see. I bought this because of the great reviews. BUY IT
