Adorable but scratchy and not securely fitted

I am a 36B and wear a Large/XL so I ordered a 12. Being small chested, this is probably one of the most flattering bathing suit tops I have ever tried on. The cup size was adequate for a B cup too and provided enough lift without much padding. But because I have sensitive skin, the textured knit of the top immediately made my skin red and I could tell it would be chafed with longer wear. So I have to send it back sadly. Also, because this isn't an underwire top and the band was stretchy, I felt like the top might pull up really easily no matter how tight I tied it.
