The best electric kettle!
I saw this kettle used by an ADHD YouTuber and I’ve been wanting to get it but keep doing my research. I finally decided that this one has the best features and I’m so glad I did. The lights when it’s brewing and then when it’s done, is a visual cue that my water is hot. In addition, I noticed once it was hot, the 5 minute steep countdown that tells how long to leave the tea in. I also liked how the seller made it affordable even more by offering payments for it. I had to take it. Again, this is a great kettle. Large capacity and beautiful aesthetic. CON: One drawback is the short cord and the lightweight base. When I lift the kettle, the base is pulled down. The setup is on a foldable table in my Livingroom where the cord is plugged into a lower plug. Otherwise, very very happy with my purchase.

Just what I was looking for!
Heats up very quickly. The light colors help a lot with knowing what's going on at just a glance. The infuser works great for making whole pots of my personal blend herbal teas. I do use my toaster tongs for putting it in after the water has heated and taking it back out since the water is very hot. There is total control over how long it keeps the water/tea warm. The presets are helpful and can be adjusted each time if desired. I'm thrilled with this purchase and will most likely be giving it as gifts as well!

Awesome electric kettle
Bought this after using the same model at my church. Heats water quickly and status leds show you what stage your kettle is in, i.e. heating, water at temp and keep warm. Thermostat appears to be very accurate and is adjustable to the temperature you need or the tea you plan on using. Wish the handle was waterproof so I wouldn't have to be so careful hand washing and I also wish the top lid opening was a little bigger as it's tough to get my hand in to do a thorough inside cleaning; I have big hands. Besides those two little nitpicks, it's worth the buy and probably the best electric kettle on the market. I research everything I buy, and this is a good one.

Wonderful Electric Kettle
I absolutely LOVE this electric kettle!!! It is very easy to use and easy to clean. We use it at least 3-4 times per week. I would buy this product again.

Spent way to much time shopping For this :)
It’s very cold product. Looks good works well. Nice features of the lights in the thermostat. So I’m saying the lid doesn’t open when you push the button to open. And I actually found that to be true but only when it’s warm as soon as it cools down a little bit it works fine. I’m happy.

works very well
works very well for what I need. I prefer my Breville tea maker for everyday use but this was less expensive to use at Church and functions.

The handle is a bit of an issue with me.
First the negatives. Warm does not keep the water at the last tea temp. It does cool quite a bit at times. So, maybe mine doesn't work right, because if I hit the start for the last tea temp, it has to heat up again. Also, I have trouble taking off the handle of the infuser. I have arthritis and it's difficult for me to remove and get back on. If I leave it on, then when I put in the tea, it will bounce off the handle and make a little mess. If I leave it on when dumping the leaves, the handle catches some. My removal of the handle makes cleaning an issue too, so I have to remove the handle. My previous Chefman electric kettle didn't have the handle, but a wider lip making all the above a non-issue. I had it for years and loved it. That was the reason I stayed with the brand. However, when this one stops working, the infuser design will be the deciding factor. If you are not concerned about the infuser handle getting in the way, you will love this. Quick heating of the water is great. The temperature control is wonderful. Talk about making a difference in the tea taste. I thought I enjoyed the taste of the tea before, this elevates the tastes of any tea. I just pick the type of tea I'm using, (green, herbal, oolong) and press start. It beeps when ready and then holds the temperature. The timer would be great, but I don't steep the tea in the kettle because we don't always want the same types of tea. I have different herbal teas and we each have our preferred teas. I prefer to steep in our mugs or a teapot for when I need larger amounts. This also helps reduce the amount of times I need to wash the kettle. If you use a French Press, this is great as you can set the water to heat to 200 and the water at that temperature does a wonderful job of getting the grounds to bloom. So, I'm thrilled with the results of my coffee as well. Hot cocoa is best at 170 for us. Higher than that and it can scald the powder milk (if you use a brand or recipe with powder milk). To make powder broth soups, we find the setting of 200 to be pretty good for us. If the creamy soup powder contains real dairy, then under 180 would do well. Amazing how versatile this product is by the temperature control settings of heating water. Even with the negatives I listed, I feel spoiled with this tea pot because it doesn't "burn" delicate or green teas, but it can still

Flaky electronics? Maybe get a more manual kettle? UPDATED
I got a great deal on this kettle from Amazon Warehouse Deals. I didn't use it right away and was unable to return it. The kettle is really high tech and quite good quality. It heats up fast and is quiet. The problem with the unit I received was that the electronics or the switches were kind of faulty. I have to hit the power on button 7-10 times before the kettle turns on. Maybe it's a bad switch but the electronics didn't seem to be working properly. I went for a stainless steel Black and Decker with a simple bottom switch. It boils the water, but doesn't have any keep warm function like the Chefman. I'm not so sure buttons and electronics are the way to go with a kettle always around water. The heat sensor in the simpler models is probably more reliable, and these are cheaper. UPDATE - March 26, 2022: Raising review to 4 stars. I kept using the Chefman digital kettle. After a while the power button seems to have loosened up because I find that I just have to press it one or two times to work. I no longer have to "spam" the power button. The other buttons work fine and will heat the water to lower temperatures for specialty teas. It remains fast, has a keep warm function and the colored LED light illuminates the glass so you know it's active. I like this kettle. Maybe mine just came with a bit of a quirky power button... but for now it seems to be working well enough. It's a very good kettle.

Great kettle
Works great. Boils fast. Quiet. Easy to use. All the buttons work, as do the light functions. I love that it comes with a loose tea infuser so I didn’t have to buy a teapot separate. I also like that it has a timer to keep track of how low your tea has been steeping; although not necessary, it is a super handy feature. Really happy with my purchase.

Annoying beep that won't stop
I regret getting this kettle. It won't stop beeping when it comes to temperature, and I already tried pressing the buttons stated in the user manual to shut the beeping down, and it hasn't worked. Instead of going to keep warm mode, it beeps to get you to press its ridiculous steep timer. Once that's over, it beeps again, and you have to press the stupid button again to go to keep warm mode. That's 3 times being disturbed and forced to walk back to kitchen per boil cycle. And the beeping is not pleasant. I should have heeded the advice of other reviewers when they mentioned the beeping issue.

Convenient in use
I like the kettle: it is simple and convenient in use. The sounds don't bother me at all
